1) Warm-up and Mobility

10 minutes of:

Skip, 40 reps

Russian baby makers, 10 reps

Planck with reach through to OH, 10R + 10L reps

Handstand Push-ups, 2+2 reps

Pull-ups, 2+2 reps

 

2) MetCon (G - task)

5 rounds for time of:

Pull-ups, 20 reps (bb row)

Push- ups, 30 reps

Sit- ups, 40 reps

Air Squats, 50 reps

High Hang Squat Clean, 1 rep

Low Hang Squat Clean, 1 rep

Squat Clean, 1 rep

 

3) MetCon (MGW - intervals)

6 rounds in EMOM style of:

M1; Rower, 30” max effort

M2; Toes To Bar, 10 reps

M3; Power Clean and Jerk, 10 reps
