5 rounds, 1 every 2 minutes of:

Front Squats, 5-4-3-2-1 reps

 

3) Strength (weightlifting)

5 rounds, 1 every 2 minutes of:

Push Press, 5-4-3-2-1 reps

 

4) MetCon (GW - task)

4 rounds for time of:

Toes To Bar, 14 reps

60/40 Kg Front Squats, 7 reps

Push Press, 7 reps
