Band Pass Through, 10 reps 

Band OHS, 10 reps

Band Pull Apart, 15 reps

Up-Down Dog, 10 reps

 

2) Strength (weightlifting)

5 rounds, 1 every 2 minutes of:

Thrusters, 5 reps

 

3) MetCon (G - task)

For time of:

24/16-kg Am. Swings, 45 reps

9/6-kg Wall Ball Shots, 30 reps

Handstand Push-ups, 15 reps

Burpees, 15 reps
